GEE no URGENTLY  they pissed vendors off just in time to be off the "Good" list

Last year about this time Quest called me to tow a car to the scrap yard.  When I got there I see it's a E-350 Diesel van.  I call them and tell them NO it is a MD tow by the hr not a car by the mi. The lady was nice and said she would change it.  This took over 30 min . Now when we got there they were closed for the Christmas party.  

So now I had to go 20+ min down the road to get rid of it.  I called Quest and no answer but left a message , maybe they were having there Christmas party!  

Well dozens of calls and messages and no call back. A few months ago when they called for a job I told them CC only because they OWE me / Next day someone did call and he wanted to know why I didn't contact them sooner !  I told him I tried dozens of times.  NOW he said it is too long of a period to pay me.

I used to say NSD was # 1 for me but they are kinda dead  now they lost most of there contracts.

Urgently would have been my new #1 but last months or so they started there Bull Shit rates and cut things about 40% so I sit home. We have a contract but now they say they have the right to change is if and when they wish.  If I would have asked for extra on a job they said it is not  my contracted rate 

Agero and Swoop are the same but right now Swoop has been doing me OK

Allstate is almost as dead as NSD.  And Quest owes me for almost a year. Don't  answer the phone , don't call back  CC only

The last time I called the actual rep, it didn’t go so well. I went around her and talked to Patrick and he handled things. According to my login page it shows a new rep now for the last few months and I’ve not heard from them. Not that I’m worried, as when I have issue I talk to Patrick and he gets it handled.

That hasn't been working like it used to either. 

I think it's been years since I spoke to my state Rep. When I have a question/problem and call in they tell me to discuss it with my Rep !!!  WHO!!

It always bugged me to see a guy going down the road with a rollback with a perfectly good looking car on the back and the lights flashing away.  If you ask why, " I'm loaded ". Does a dump truck run lights with a load of stone ?!?   They you wonder why you get no respect when you do have the lights on.
