Help needed.

Anyone have any contracts for reps with agero now that they have changed everything over?  Getting someone to answer a question is getting ridiculous.  If it wouldnt be for them sending me so much overflow traffic from the local bigger cities I would probably drop them.

Agero has been revamping the way they have their reps.  Now, we are supposed to start with the provider advocate group, they can be reached at 866-219-8136.  There are still reps, but we are supposed to start with this level.  I personally have not tried it yet, but I am interested to hear how it works.  Can you keep us posted on your progress?
