1947 Kenworth with Holmes Wrecker bed

I just bought this truck, '47 Kenworth with a Holmes wrecker bed.  Is this a desired bed?  I can't decide if I'm going to keep it on the truck or not.  I don't know anything about it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Appears to be a W-45 missing the side legs , WW2 era good restoration project .

I also have a 1947 Kenworth and am needing a drivers door and possibly some other parts.  Would you by chance know of any other 47 Kenworths where some parts could be obtained?
