It is with great sadness that we share the recent passing of Harriet S. Cooley.

Harriet was with TRAA for twenty years, serving first as the Director of Certification and later as the association’s Executive Director. She was inducted into the International Towing & Recovery Hall of Fame & Museum in 2007 and retired from TRAA in 2013.

The family has yet to release a public obituary, or any service arrangement details, but we’ll share if they do. Our condolences to her many family and friends within the industry.
