TowBot
In 2005, the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum established its Survivor Fund to provide immediate financial support to families of towing operators who lose their lives in the line of service in our industry. On this Giving Tuesday, use this link to donate directly to the Survivor Fund. There are options for a one-time donation or a recurring donation. TowZone
The Towing Information Network has Pledge $411 a year to the Survivor Fund for several years. Due to low funds in 2019 we were unable to fulfill that pledge. Our Goal is to once again honor that pledge. So, there are two ways we can look at this while your pledge does not effect the pledge that Tow411 makes. If does show that our membership is involved in this program which supports the Survivor Fund. If you currently make an annual pledge or participate in a pledge when there is a Tow Operator who has lost their life in the line of duty. Please let us know here! Next, you could take advantage of the current Discount Code TF50OFF which will help bring the Funds back up to a level we can once again fulfill our annual pledge. Next we generally hold a Supporter Drive during the first week in September of each year in which new supporters funds are donated to the survivor fund. So, I know many have donated to the survivor fund over the years. While these are not the best of times for donations or even to ask for funds. Fact is there is never a good time to solicit funding to keep a community running or maintain a benefit fund. But, there is still a need to be met.
