New flyer bus

Recommended Posts

typically there are air fittings built right in under the drivers side, if they aren't there the other normal spot is behind a "flap" on the passenger side on the front. constant supply to "coach air" and service brakes to the other one. as far as hooking it, we have new flyer forks (more like big square pins) that go into pockets just behind the bumper. you generally pull the driveshaft from inside the bus, you need a square church key type thing (which most drivers seem to have) to get the cover off. honestly they aren't hard, just time consuming, the boss bills those out by the hour... btw, no need to flat tow, I pick them and go all the time

Are buses any heavier to tow from the front versus your average semi truck or ten wheel dump truck

not really, being the motor is in the rear, they don't seem heavy to lift at all

we have ones specific to new flyer, they are a square type shape that go into pockets under the front of the bus
