I got un-easy when your Trainee was standing between the 2 Trucks and the driver was under the steering wheel.  Bsafe.

Maybe I am a little over reactive but I personally always work off the end of my deck meaning I use a snatch block off the tail to control my pull as opposed to just straight winching off the drum. Especially with an angle pull such as this.  It also helps to keep your line wound properly on the drum. I mean, not for nothing you have 2 blocks already set up on your line. Just my opinion.
