goodmichael
Another importany aspect is getting your body in tune to support a healthy immune system. Get plenty of rest. Sleep that is. Eat healthy. Berries such as blueberries are very high in antioxidants. Nuts such as Brazil nuts are as well. Drink plenty of water. You should drink one ounce of water for every pound of body weight to flush your system. Avoid free radicals such as alcoholic beverages, smoking, and processed sugar. This virus has been in the country since before Christmas. And has been ever so slowly been tightening it's grasp.
