(Pictures) So, on our way home from work, coming thru the forest on 65, we see a car on the side of the road with their hazards on. Look to the other side, it's a flat bed truck turned over. We slow down, ask the guy was the driver ok. He said no, he's in pretty bad shape. Other guy on the phone tryna get ahold of 911. Of course NO SERVICE. GUY drive so far up the road just to get service to call in the wreck. I pulled over and turned my lights on on my truck. Went to the driver and boy oh boy. That was a site to see. I felt so sorry for him. seeing that much blood and seeing him pinned in and can't move. He kept saying his arm was broke he was bout to leave here. I told him no ur not going anywhere but to the hospital. Ur gonna be just fine. I told him to keep talking to me until help gets there. He said they taking to long I'm bout to go. I'm already a bucket of water. I did all I could to hold back the tears seeing this old man saying he bout to die. He'd close his eyes and my heart would start racing thinking he really is gone. But I'd call his name to keep him alert. His head kept falling and he wanted something to prop it. I dug everything I could out my truck looking. Couldn't find nothing. Ken took his sweatshirt off and gave it to me. I made a lil prop for him and put it under his head. He said thank u, God bless u, that feel so much better. A lady was passing thru going home that happened to be a nurse. She turned around and put her gloves on and checked his pulse and kept him talking. He said bout 15 people passed him and wouldnt even stop to help. Smh...We was pushing for time to make my son ball game. But Lord knows I couldn't just leave like that. So we stayed til help arrived. They had to use the jaws of life to cut him out. And when they did, this man yelled and cried out in pain. He said his arm was broke and the fire chief said it was definitely broke. So I send my prayers to this guy and hope he pulls thru and be ok. I'm getting teary eyed writing this. Info from another FB Page: This guy's name is Tommy. He works for a company, Shadetree Towing in Eastpoint, FL. The update is all of his bones in his face are broken, along with his arm and hip. No brain injury, thankfully. Please keep him and his family in your prayers as he recovers.
