The recent crash of a semi truck into a tow truck and a car on I-81 in Susquehanna County, Penn., has local tow companies asking motorists to comply with the state’s Move Over law.

The semi struck the tow truck and car on the roadside around midnight on July 30. Three people were hospitalized with minor injuries.
