While I realize the Insurance will likely pay for damages. I do believe that many towing companies would have stepped up and gotten involved as well. Seems as though many want to hide the fact that such an event occurred. But, there are those that can turn a negative into a positive. Adding another $1000 or a loaner trailer until theirs is replaced would have been a good public relations move. Now tell me why I am wrong and the tow truck company should stay out of it.

Thanks for the Good, Bad & Ugly cause this is all three.
