TowForce
The shop coat letters on the back help to identify the location, and having driven across this bridge a number of times over the past decade I recognize it too. The logo on the door of the truck is also hard to see but also confirms SF-OBB: San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge original west end section from Emeryville to the Yerba Buena tunnel. This is a great capture of a moment in time 83 years ago on what was then just a 3 years old bridge. This section of the bridge was removed and replaced starting in 2008 and is now long gone like the tow truck!
