NEW ORLEANS -- A tow-truck driver shot a man attacking him in Central City Friday night, according to NOPD. Police say the shooting occurred in the 1800 block of Felicity Street around 6:04 p.m. According to NOPD, a man attacked a tow-truck driver, who pulled out a gun and shot him in self-defense. The man's wounds are not life threatening. Police said the tow truck driver will not be charged in this shooting, but the man who attacked him will. The investigation is ongoing.
