Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Department - 06.29.19

Crews were dispatched to 1001 Valley Forge Road for a reported vehicle rescue. Prior to Squad 80’s arrival the PD was able to safely remove the patient from the car. UGFD will remain on location until the vehicle is safely removed by the tow agency.

Crash at Montgomery County retirement home ends with car wedged in building.

 

UPPER GWYNEDD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Montgomery County are investigating a puzzling crash at a retirement community that ended with the car in a precarious position.
The Upper Gwynedd Township Fire Department posted on photos of the aftermath on their social media page Saturday afternoon.
A tow truck and a crane were used to lift the car from its wedged position.
There is no word on the cause of the crash. Officials said the driver was not seriously injured.
