Hi All ... a news video (link below) out of South Africa demonstrates the clear reason tow trucks should NOT respond to calls in an expedite mode. Tow truck (driving) operations are a huge part of our business, yet there is huge risk and responsibility when it come to reasonable and prudent operations. While we all know how important on-time arrival is, blasting through traffic can be a deadly practice.    R.
