A man charged with aggravated assault, OVI and drug possession after crashing into a tow truck in Cleveland, Ohio, pleaded not guilty in a court arraignment Wednesday.

Roy Hollingsworth, 35, is accused of being three times over the legal alcohol limit when his vehicle collided with the tow truck on March 18. He was reportedly driving 66 mph in a 35 mph zone.

The crash left tow operator Ronald Urbansky, 53, pinned under the tow truck. Urbansky survived but lost a leg below the knee. He was loading a vehicle impounded after a traffic stop when the crash occurred.
