Her 2-month-old — safely strapped in a car seat — is OK. The crash happened shortly after 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Mill Street, Frontage Road and Worthington Ridge, where the tow truck was stopped at a red light, Deputy Chief Chris Ciuci said. It left Tyneka Jones in critical condition. “We’re still trying to determine what caused it,” Ciuci said. Officers from a regional accident reconstruction team are investigating, he said.
