TowNews Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 Officers arrested two tow truck drivers for breach of peace after they got into a scuffle over towing duties in the Weston Road commuter lot, police said today. Kalwant Bhullar, 60 of Norwalk, and Avtar Kullar, 45 of Bridgeport, each were charged with breach of peace upon their arrest Friday at 9:30 a.m. at a local service center, the report said. “Officers learned employees, Kalwant Bhullar and Avtar Kullar, were involved in a physical altercation in the Weston Road commuter lot over towing duties,” said Lt. Jillian Cabana. She said both were issued misdemeanor summonses and are scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Thursday, March 14.
