TowNews Posted February 27, 2019 Share Posted February 27, 2019 HAMILTON COUNTY, Neb. - A Missouri man got jail, probation and a fine for his part in a fatal accident on I-80 near Grand Island last year. Victor Genetti, 30, of Sugar Creek, Missouri, was convicted of misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide in Hamilton County Court. He was arrested March First last year for a crash at mile marker 321 on the shoulder of the eastbound lanes. A vehicle driven by India Marie Simpson, 26, of Waxhaw, North Carolina, had become disabled. While she was walking from her vehicle to tow-truck, a semi driven by Genetti entered the shoulder and struck Simpson.
