It is with heavy heart that we say goodbye to one of our own.

Thomas Nelson was more than just an employee, he was one of our family. Thomas’ joyful demeanor could light up a room and his dedication exemplified the extra mile Apollo goes to take care of customers and coworkers. Thomas will be sorely missed.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11: 00 a.m., Sunday, February 24, 2019 at the Maxwell P. Dunne Funeral Chapel, 5921 Yorktown Blvd. Corpus Christi, TX 78414.

The reception will be held after the service at Apollo Towing’s office at 6342 Harwick Corpus Christi, TX 78417.

Thomas Gene Nelson 48, of Sinton, TX, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Thomas a veteran serving with the U. S. Marine Corps. He had been employed with Apollo Towing for the past eight years. Thomas’s priority in life were his family and work.

He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Alice Marie Nelson; his children, Alexandra Nelson, Madeline Nelson, Kaylee Nelson, James Nelson II, and Peyton Nelson; parents, James Lee and Kathy Nelson; brother, Michael Nelson.
