40 minutes later, I'm cleared to remove the van



In the above photo you can see his tire mark



That's the property owner in the blue

I recovered the van and transported it back to our lot as per Sheriff's Dept order. The driver failed field tests for DUI almost 5 hours after going in the ditch?????????????
