TCTR1
The story is that back when Holmes started he made the tow truck with a 1912 Cadillac and then built the wrecker body on it. He then used this for a couple of years, then gave it to the war. Somewhere about the year 1916 or something he wanted it back for his own collection. He then heard that the truck was lost in the war. No one knows where or when. So, Mr. Holmes built a twin. This is the twin. It is to all the same specs. It's a 1912 Cadillac, and same back end. The truck then sat around for many years then in the 80's my grandfather Dick Pellow bought it and restored it. (Dick Pellow started Twin Cities Towing in St. Paul. The predasesor to Twin Cities Transport & Recovery. He also was a founding member of Tow Times Magazine and is in the towing hall of fame.)
