Out rigger cylinders

Question

Can anyone tell me the easiest or the only way to remove the out rigger cylinders from a century 4024 and a 7035 so we can rebuild them?

Can you unbolt the whole assembly from the frame? If not I guess need to lift it higher then the extension so you can pull the upper pin to the cylinder and then remove the lines. I need pictures to guess.

The 4024 went well today there’s a top cover you can remove, still had to cut the pins out they were plenty happy there, but their both on the ground now. The 7035 ? Different set up their both leaking down one pretty quickly going to try valve bodies first we ll see, there’s no access on the top to get to pins that hold the hydraulic cylinder

Valve body would be the easiest repair.

Maybe could you without dropping the cylinders disconnect the lines to the cylinders trying to isolate each side to see if they drop down if you put a plug in the hose fittings. That could show the cylinders need repacking.
