Wrecker Bed Id and Specs HELP

Looking for info or specs on this Renegade By Chevron Wrecker bed. I know its a hydraulic Winch, maybe a manual wheel lift that uses the winch ?

Any specs would be appreciated.

I don't know what that is hanging off the back of it but it's not "Chevron".... I would say a weld shop or being it's in the mid west, maybe something by Tebron? I would leave it where you found it.... undisturbed...where it could rot it's way back to nature...LoL
