EdsTowing Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Got a call to deck 6 tractors at a near by terminal the other day. It was a nice day to work outside and not our "typical" November... Phil & I navigated around the communication barrier between Poncho & Lefty and me... They knew "Yes, No, Up & Down" so I guess that's all I needed as long as they can count money at the end... Some of the Volvos they took the steer tires off but then some they didn't? They are going to touch at some point in their 2000 mile trip... So they had air couplers screwed in to each bag and juiced them individually. So I asked about the height because they sure looked too high to me? He mumbled a few words and then I made out "14 4".... I said son...that may work in Texas or where your from but back east hear, that can get you in trouble fast. There's 2 bridges on Interstate 33 heading south that are 13'9" & 14' respectfully....he smiled and said it will fit.... One started to puke fuel out the filler cap. They pumped it off and I told the property manager I would help them clean it up. 1 Quote
