TowForce Posted September 26 Share Posted September 26 Tow truck driver dead after crash on I-64; man facing charges LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - One person is dead after a crash in Bath County. Kentucky State Police say they received a call for assistance from Bath County dispatch around 5:17 Wednesday evening in reference to a deadly crash. Troopers responded to Interstate 64 around mile marker 124 in Bath County. According to KSP’s investigation, it was determined that a man operating a tow truck was loading up a vehicle onto a rollback when he was struck by a commercial vehicle traveling Westbound. The Bath County Coroner identified the man as 54-year-old Troy Caldwell of Morehead. KSP charged 29-year-old Shodmon Yuldashev from Brooklyn, New York, with Tampering with Physical Evidence.
