EdsTowing
This truck had a derate problem and they asked if I could tow it to a dealer about 30 miles away. They asked if I could leave the "Pig" on the back so I said I would try. Got on scene, hooked up the front and found the Moffet tire was already dragging... The truck had air ride w/ the leveling valve hooked to the front drive. I think as soon as I lifted, it deflated the bags. The company rep said top just leave it at this location (which was one of their stores) and take it without it. So I removed it and then went to pull the shaft and realized it had "full round" Spicer joints...and I thought to myself, I can rehook this from the rear in the same time as pulling the dam shaft, and then the dealer can drive it once it's up there... Which I did and the rear hook is very easy on these. Then about a week or so later, they called and asked if I could tow the same truck again for the same problem. I got on scene and they already had someone there to unload the load & deliver it. It didn't have the pig on the back since they were supposed to pick it up later that day so another Hook & Book... Dropped at the dealer for round 2...

I know it...that's why I said I can flip it around & re-hook faster then pulling the shaft...LoL I pulled enough of them in the 80's & 90's when you didn't have a choice.
