Needs to go nose forward.  ON A WRECKER.  But even if you HAVE to do it this way where's the HEIGHT STICK because I'm pretty confident this thing exceeds 13'6" looking at it.

i've seen this done with a class 6 chassis rollback.

Until police start writing tickets it's never going to change, we have an individual in our area that uses 1 large j hook of his bridle then 1 large j hook on the back of vehicle and calls it good enough.
