I'm aware that they have payment issues with contracted/non-contracted providers that take a PO from them.
It's good that you recognized and cut them off, before they dug too deep of a hole with the outstanding balance due to your facility.

We get calls from them here and there..... credit card before the truck starts.... i usually figure $125 per hour for them, don't forget to add a bit of time for added hassles. If they are calling me, they are desperate.
