rreschran
When it comes to the difficulties of working in the towing and recovery industry, I’d like to share a Canadian news article that has to do with the everyday drone of dealing with disgruntled customers. It’s not enough that the motoring public doesn’t have respect for our industry, but having to take the lumps and negative exposure that social media creates is downgrading towards those companies working within the law. Although we’re only doing our jobs, the public puts the blame in our lap. Is that fair? Have a read and you might feel what this news writer has pin-pointed. What do you think? Are we towers to blame or is it a generational thing? R. http://www.timescolonist.com/news/local/jack-knox-the-alarming-decline-of-civility-in-the-age-of-trump-1.23316886 Randall C.
