Steel core versus super swagged cable

I'm looking to replace winch cables on my Medium-duty wrecker. What are everyone's thoughts on cable? 

 

We currently have steel core cables on the truck. The superb swagged sounds like it wraps nicer, and has a higher wll, but is about double the price.

 We have one on a carrier and love it I would say it has already outlasted what would have been 3 cables already to this point.

I run swaged on all my light duty wreckers & flatbed & would not use anything else. With that said I ran it on my 14 ton with 12 Warn winches, small winch drums, the stiff 1/2" swaged rope didnt like the small drum, fought with it until I sold it for a Holmes 750
