He had it until he and his partner split and he sold his part of the trucks to his partner. It was later painted red and I recently found out it was junked a few years back . I drove this more than my own car when I turned 17 and I even towed with my learners permit. My dad bought the station from his boss when his boss retired. His old boss was somehow involved with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This was one of the official wreckers for the 1979 Indy 500. His old boss brought it back to Jersey after that race. Great truck. Had somewhere in the 200,000 mile range on the original engine. Only brakes and a clutch/flywheel.
