The Start Of A New Project...

This is going to be something a little different... We started the project this week and it should be ready in about 2 weeks.

 

 

Eddie found it in Rhode Island and trailered it home...1954 Ford

 

 

Ran like a top but we pulled the 223 6cyl out and installed a "Big Box" in it.

Well we got the project nearly completed...Like I said, something a little different...

 

 

Pulled the motor & trans and installed a water tank & system under the hood...

 

 

Then we positioned it for a water feature in my back yard landscaping...

 

 

Made some custom retainers to mount low voltage LED lights in the head lights...

 

 

Phil & I mounted the doors back on yesterday. We had a truck painter letter them in a "period correct" type fashion...

Fantastic, might pull the old wrecker around front and put it by the pond to create such a water fall. Neighbor already complains about my yard art way in the back where only he sees when cutting grass. We've been down that road a few times together, I don't like his rooster at 5:30am.

I still have to put a felt liner in the bed and I'm going to make it a planter box...

That's nice.  I thought you were doing a restoration, then when I read finished I know your fast but not that fast.  Nice addition to the pond.  Nice bed to camp out in too....
