Born June 18, 1948, in Waynesboro, PA, son of the late Victor K. and Mildred (Bowman) Reynolds.

He graduated from Greencastle Antrim High School with the class of 1967.

He and his wife of 49 years, Darlene (Davis) Reynolds, were married in 1973.

Dan was President & CEO at Danco Products, on Cedar Lane in Greencastle. It all began January 1, 1973, when Dan took his assets from the Jerr-Dan Corporation to form Danco Products.
