We start out employees with one week of vacation after the first year. This employee was explained the benefits when he was hired. After 90 days he came in and wanted to take his first weeks vacation. Needless to say he was not happy and quit cause he wanted time off. That was fine cause he didn't listen half of the time anyway. By the way had he asked for a week off without pay and provided a valid reason, we do that during the first year or any year. Preferably only once and only one employee at a time. Two employees can't decide to go hunting the same day. Unless they take me with them. Just Kidding, we are short staffed, I got a truck to drive and runs to make. So, in addition what if any vacation does your company offer. We are at One Week After the First Year. Two Weeks after the Third Year and Three Weeks after the Fifth. One employee has been in the shop 12 years Dad gives him 4 weeks. That's not disclosed but I'd say anyone that makes it 10 years gets it. What do you offer, What do you get?
