TowZone
A police officer who rode out to investigate an accident in Hurst, Texas, narrowly avoided a fiery house explosion at the scene of the crash. This could have easily been a Tow Truck Operator that responded to remove the vehicle. This is no joke Train & Take Precautions, always wait until Fire and or the Utilities Company in some cases a building inspector prior to approaching the vehicle. Utility Lines can be very dangerous and at least once a day a Tow Operator gets too close to these hazards. Most often they are not thinking about the danger, just getting the job done. Train for every possible scenario before a life is impacted. Do you or your company train for these possible situations? Are there procedures in place and if not does this video hit close to home?
