Towing a vehicle equipped with a electronic parking brake

I drive a flatbed tow truck and my question is as well as pretty much all the drivers and our company is is there a way to disengage the electronic parking brake on a newer car for instance at the 2010 Toyota Prius hybrid I have to pick up so we can pull in a large dinner or is it one of those things where it has to go into a rapid does anybody have any ideas orchards that have work ed disengage until you get to your stop I always maintenance mode but I don't know how long with that stays on ..
