Spring cleaning

Im kind of a pack rat and find it hard to get rid of good memories.1980 Chevy 350 4x4 had over 1 million miles on it.3 engines,2 transmissions ,2 rear ends.The 1998 Ford F350 4x4 7.3 had only 140 thousand on it ,chassis turned into swiss cheese still lasted me 10 years.Beteen those 2 there were many thousands of recoveries.Sad to see them go.

Sold chevy for $400 Guy wanted rears and transfer case for rock crawler in those years transfer case was bulletproof.Sold ford for $2500 for drivetrain.I looked 2yrs for a flatbed that I could covert to 4x4 that needed drivetrain couldnt find anything in decent shape.Scrap here is $6.50 to $9.00 a hundred depending how complete vehicle is.
