I work for an insurance broker and I wanted to know what kind of services we could offer to our towing company clients that would help them out and separate our company from others?

Well that's a loaded question. I'd say start by learning the towing industry. Not just from a broker's perspective but from our perspective. Nothing irritates me more than having to have a Towing 101 class when I'm a few weeks from renewal because the person in front of me doesn't know the difference between a wheel lift and a flat bed or what police towing entails and how it differs from "regular" towing. The best agents we've ever had either came from the towing industry previously or worked around it long enough to pick up on it. The fact that you're here says a lot about your view on this and I applaud you for it.
