I haven't been accepting NSD calls because the rates are a little low for me.I should probably call whoever the rep is and try and work out a small increase.

I suggest calling your rep.  I have a great relationship with my rep. and always great service.  NSD has been getting busier and with that we are seeing more of the typical problem calls like other clubs.  NSD is usually great, its just the customer providing false info or not being with the car, not answering etc.  But with our rates being set at our retail (minus a few free miles) I can work with that.  When NSD calls, we are glad to go get it done.
