Based in Pompano Beach, Fla., Tower’s With a Heart is a group of friends and co-workers on a mission to educate the motoring public about Slow Down — Move Over laws, and make roadways safer for emergency personnel, law enforcement and tow operators.

 

Among their educational tools are billboards and highway signs to promote the law and educate drivers about the hazards that occur when the law isn’t obeyed. The group currently has billboards along Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike.

 

Tower’s With a Heart’s new Move Over billboards for this year feature the message: “Moooove Over Florida.”

The group also plans to do public outreach at local events.
