TowZone
A suspected drunk driver slammed into a tow truck hauling a broken-down fire truck Friday, officials said. It happened around 10:30 p.m. on Cook Road near Sandstone Street in southwest Houston. Police said when the tow truck was backing the fire truck into the fire station, an SUV crashed into the front of the tow truck. No one was hurt and officers arrested the driver of the SUV. someotherplace
Driving around that area on weekend nights is a circus. Whether dodging drunk/drugged drivers, stray bullets, petty criminals, distracted drivers trying to pick up hookers walking openly on the main roads, .... now throw a heavy in there with a large load on it and you just gave them a bigger target.
