The victim was attending to an accident scene near the KFC in Richards Bay when the suspect approached him

 

According to reports, the victim, Siphelele ‘Phephe Madlisa’ Sibiya (29), a well-known tow truck company owner, was shot with a high calibre weapon countless of times.
