Working in Terrible Conditions...Storm Jobs.

Recommended Posts

Had this one buried in the peak of the storm...it was pretty miserable out there... this storm brought us 24" of snow & 30mph winds. Got him out of the snow bank but there was no way to turn around. No way he was backing out with the visibility mixed with a single axle & empty trailer....So I asked him if when he was a kid (he was about 60), did he ever want to drive a fire truck?

I hooked the trailer and towed the unit backwards nearly a half a mile around access roads & parking lots...

Got him to the main lot but he still couldn't move so he got a room at the resort. I on the other hand had to shovel my heavy out 3 times to get out of this complex which sucked. Then at the end of the night (well 5:30 am) I ended up sleeping in the truck because I couldn't get home either...
