Steve W
This is one of the operators in my area. Embarrassing, I count about 6 policy violations. I need a raise if this is who they are hiring. Quote Steve W. Los Angeles, CA FSP Operator

Steve W
Good question, see if I can run them all down: 1. No use of emergency flashers when stopped on the shoulder 2. Un-tucked Shirt 3. No Name tag 4. Failure to give a Program Brochure 5. Failure to give a Program Survey Card (so folks can report stuff like this) 6. Use of foul language. 7. Discourteous 8. Failure to obtain a refusal of service liability release (I am assuming the driver of the vehicle just gave this guy the finger or something like that since I do not hear thier side of the conversation) 9. Failure to affix a CHP form 422 to the rear of the vehicle (if service was actually refused) Quote Steve W. Los Angeles, CA FSP Operator
TowZone
I understand it's procedural and I found it odd that he pulled in front of the vehicle close to the roadway with all that room. Other issues come to mind as well.
Steve W
Yea did not even get into the safety aspect. Does not even look at traffic going back to truck. But thats common, guys get complacent. yoBdaBenO
Is this guy a real roadside patrol or a roadside buzzard? Almost seems he knew the camera was there. I think it might be a YouTube moment... If real then he needs better training, keep parking like that and the odds of being struck go up.
