John, I have not figured out how to respond to these on the board. As for the images, there is a link below the test that show choose files. Click that and your files on your computer come up. Then just click the image and then done or drag it into the post. I do much better clicking the image, it appears in the space below the text, then I set my cursor where I want the image to go, then drag the image from the space below the text into the topic where the cursor was last.

If the images are someplace else then there is a button on the right below the text, Insert other media. Click that and paste the URL in there.
