So, is it  safe to assume that L.E. "fabricated" the falsifyed documents to nail this guy to the wall? Or did he get lucky that this particular officer said that to him while he was being investigated for the forgeries and this got him off the hook with that? 

Either way, It seems there is a fair amount of corruption going on in Kansas city...
