This was the narrative on the YouTube Channel:

 

421 south about the 181 near siler city NC... sitting in a traffic jam for about an hour as they had the road closed down due to this accident. Big truck on the right shoulder Was stuck oversized tow truck at the end of the video was on the shoulder helping him out and the van hit the rear left of the tow truck and rolled. Van messed up the tow trucks bumper and wheels so now they need three tow trucks. Slow down and move over people.
