The International Towing Museum has added a new feature to its website — Once Upon a Tow — which will focus on stories about towing equipment, companies and people of days gone by.

Visit the museum website home page, scroll toward the bottom to find Once Upon a Tow, then read the first two stories about Frank Stoltz’s first tow truck: a 1955 Chevrolet 3/4-ton pickup, and “Tugboat Annie,” built in 1937 on a cab-over-engine International truck chassis.

 

New stories will be added as they become available.
