I had to tow a 2021 Chevy Suburban and the customer asked to not start it. How would I get it in to neutral without starting.

Another point I found out is if you get it into neutral as soon as you open the door it goes back into park even with the seat belt buckled. Any advice or any tips? Thankyou in advanced.
